JOHNSTOWN — STOLAR – Harry J. Sr., 72, Johnstown, died March 13, 2013, at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born March 4, 1941, son of Henry and Helen (Grimm) Stolar. Preceded in death by his parents; son, James; and sister, Jeanne Livingston. Survived by former wife, Jean Stolar; loving children, George Davis; Harry Stolar Jr.; Joseph Stolar; and Nicole Stolar, fiancee of Barry Gorvelsky; stepson, Larry Davis; grandchildren, Matthew Good, Charles Stolar, Angelique Stolar and Skylar Hall; stepgrandchildren, Mindi, Selina, Nicholas, and Marissa; and several great-grandchildren. Also survived by brother, Robert Stolar; sisters, Kathleen Stolar, and Debbie, wife of Richard Christner; and brother-in-law, Earl Yingling. Harry was employed by U.S. Steel. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving in Vietnam. He enjoyed the outdoors. He was a loving father and grandfather who will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Family and friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Geisel Funeral Home, where funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Geisel-Devin Memorial Chapel, Father James Crookston, officiating.
