WINDBER — SHELKO – Brandon Lee, 24, Windber, died Oct. 28, 2012, at home. Survived by his mother, Candace (Shelko) Capazze, and several brothers and sisters. Friends received at 10 a.m. Saturday, followed by memorial service at 11 a.m. at Emmanuel Baptist Church.
