PATTON — KRISE – Marie C., 86, Patton, passed away Jan. 18, 2013, at Walnut Ridge Memory Care, Greensburg. She was born April 15, 1926, in Patton, daughter of August and Susan (Fitzpatrick) Quevy. She is preceded in death by parents and husband, David Krise Jr. Marie is survived by her brother, John (Jean) Quevy, Allentown; sister-in-law, Clare Quevy, Patton; brother-in-law and sister- in-law, Jim and Verna Krise, Flinton; sister-in-law, Erdean Krise, Loretto; and numerous nieces and nephews. Marie was a graduate of Patton High School, a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church and Patton Senior Citizens and enjoyed singing. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, Jan. 21, 2013, at Stevens Funeral Home Inc., 1004 N. Fifth Avenue, Patton, Pa. 16668, where a vigil for the deceased will be held. Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Patton, by Benedictine Fathers. Committal, St. Mary’s Cemetery, Patton.
