KLOCHAK – Dorothy M., 80, Johnstown, died Jan. 20, 2013, peacefully at home surrounded by her family. Born Oct. 10, 1932, in Johnstown, daughter of Stephin and Catherine Forgas. Preceded in death by parents; loving husband, Ted Klochak; brother, Ed Forgas; and sister, Ann Klochak, and husband, Leonard. Survived by brother, Bernie Forgas, and wife, Pearl, and family; sister, Helen LaHaye; children, Kathy Klochak, Johnstown; Peggy Mikesic, and husband, Steve, Johnstown; Bonnie Shaffer, and husband, Mark, Windber; and Joseph Klochak, and wife, Lisa, Johnstown; grandchildren, Jennifer Sweeney, and husband, Steve, Johnstown; Jamie Weigle; Amanda Klochak, and fiance, Joe Eger; Stephanie Mikesic; Michael Klochak; Samantha Mikesic; Melisa Shaffer; and Jay Shaffer; great-grandchildren, Shayla, Brayanna, Nevin and Jordan; great-great grandchild, Lilianna; and all nieces and nephews. Dorothy was employed by Woolworth’s for 18 years. She also was a member of St. Mary Byzantine Catholic Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all. At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing. Friends are invited to a Memorial Liturgy at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary Byzantine Catholic Church, Monsignor Raymond Balta, officiating. The family suggests contributions be directed to St. Mary Byzantine Catholic Church in Cambria City in memory of Dorothy Klochak.
