LOWER YODER TOWNSHIP — KRETT – Helen, 89, Cambria Care Center, formerly of Lower Yoder, died May 10, 2012. Born July 31, 1922, daughter of Michael and Mary (Motychka) Puniak. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Andrew; grandson, Joseph Hanechak; sister, Nellie Breidigan; son, John Galayda; and grandson, Daniel Galayda. Survived by children, Raymond, and wife, Sandy (Smart) Krett; Rita, and husband, Ed Hanechak; and Andrew Stephen Krett; grandchildren, Bonnie Siska; Luke Hanechak; Raymond Krett Jr.; Vicky Sheraton; Richard, and wife, Debbie Krett; and Robert Krett; and four great-grandchildren. Helen was a graduate of Franklin High School, a devoted wife, mother and homemaker and a member of Christ the Saviour Cathedral. She loved listening and dancing to polka music and enjoyed helping out at the cathedral. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Moskal Funeral Home, West End, where the Very Reverend Protopresbyter Frank P. Miloro will hold Panachida service at 7 p.m. Monday. There will be a brief service at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, followed by Funeral Service at 10 a.m. at Christ the Saviour Cathedral. Committal, cathedral cemetery.
