BON AIR — SKRODINSKY – Shirley M., 67, Bon Air, died Nov. 24, 2012, at Windber Hospice. Born May 31, 1945, in Johnstown, daughter of the late Floyd and Mary (Wietecha) Hildebrand. Survived by husband of 44 years, John A. Skrodinsky; and son, Brother John, ST, Sterling, N.J.; brother, Floyd Hildebrand, and wife, Judy, Clermont, Fla.; sister, Joann Horner, and husband, John, Timberlake, Ohio; brother-in-law, Ronald Skrodinsky, and wife, Patricia, Lancaster; sister-in-law, Nancy Turner, Conemaugh; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Shirley and John lived for many years in Mount Joy, Lancaster County, and recently relocated back to Bon Air in the Johnstown area. At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing or visitation. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday at SS. Gregory & Barnabas Church, Bon Air, Father Robert L. Ruston, officiating. Inurnment, Forest Lawn Cemetery.
