LOXAHATCHEE, FLA. — CARMACK – Gary James, 24, Loxahatchee, Fla., passed away Nov. 25, 2012, at his residence. Born Aug. 29, 1988, in Johnstown, son of Gary W. and Tammy J. (Davis). Survived by parents and sisters, Celia and Chelsea, all of Loxahatchee, Fla.; maternal grandparents, Jim and Gerri Davis, Johnstown; paternal grandmother, Betty Easterbrook, Windber; aunt, Cathy (Davis), married to Uncle Bryan Alwine, and their children, Cheyenne and Sierra Alwine, all of Boswell; aunts and uncles, Edward Carmack, married to Debbie, Johnstown; Brian Easterbrook, married to Valarie, Sidman; and Mark Easterbrook, Johnstown; and cousins. Friends will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., where funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, the Rev. Ross Pryor. Interment, Richland Cemetery.
