RICHLAND — KRIVACH – Robert B., 62, Richland, went to be with the Lord Nov. 21, 2012, at Hollidaysburg Veterans Home. Born Oct. 15, 1950, in Johnstown, son of John and Margaret (Kristoff) Krivach. Preceded in death by parents and siblings, John and Tom DeMarco and Patricia Krivach. Survived by sons, Jason, Richland; and Stephen, Elton; siblings, Nancy Williams, and fiance, Don Holtzman, Davidsville; Tim (Laura Caroff), Richland; and Carrie Ann (Robert Escobar) Yurich, Geistown; and several nieces and nephews. Bob was a 1968 graduate of Richland High School, where he wrestled and played football. A graduate of Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, having served during the Vietnam War. Formerly employed at John Murtha Johnstown-Cambria County Airport. Member of Vietnam Vets of America. He enjoyed Honda cars, airplanes, camping and loved pizza and doughnuts. He also was known as “Honda Bob.” Bob had a heart of gold and would help anyone. He used to play “Santa Claus” at Grant’s Department Store. Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, where vigil for the deceased will be held. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Geistown, Father David S. Peles, pastor.
