JOHNSTOWN — FALCHO – Damian, 49, Westmont, died Jan. 8, 2013, at home from complications of diabetes. Born Sept. 24, 1963, in Johnstown, son of Anthony and Anna (Bongiovanni) Falcho. Preceded in death by his father; grandparents, Vito and Lena Bongiovanni and John and Regetta Falcho; uncles, Steve Falcho, Joe Bongiovanni and Steve Youchak; and aunts, Nicolleta Zimmerman, Frances Bongiovanni, Nina Wos, Irene Falcho and Clara Falcho. Survived by his mother, Anna; brother, John, married to Joyce (Kunrod); sister, Toni Marie, married to Thomas Ramos; nieces, Natalie Ramos and Melissa Falcho; nephews, Tom Ramos Jr., Bryan Falcho and Michael Falcho; aunts, Carmella Youchak and Violet Pozinick; and cousins, Steve and Trina Youchak; Monica Buchanan; Ralph Zimmerman; Ann Marie and Nina Zimmerman; Joe, Tony and Nick Bongiovanni; David and Michelle Osmar; and Nick and Joyce Poznick. Damian played the drums for various bands in the Johnstown area. He was a graduate of Bishop McCort High School and a member of Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church, where funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, the Very Rev. Father Mark S. Begly.
