ARLINGTON, VA. — SELEPAK – Mrs. Catherine (Rusnak), 87, Arlington, Va., formerly of Beaverdale, entered into new life Jan. 16, 2013, at Halquist Care Center, Arlington, Va. Born Feb. 23, 1925, in Beaverdale, daughter of Peter and Eva (Masaryk) Rusnak. Preceded in death by parents; husband, George; sisters, Susan Rusnak and Ann Andrayko; and brother, Peter. Survived by children, Ronald, married to the former Josephine Kanala, Dumfries, Va.; Carol, wife of Paul Krieger, Dumfries, Va.; and Kathleen, wife of Barry Grant, Springfield, Va.; grandsons, Andrew G. Selepak and Mark Krieger; and great-grandsons, Jonah, Jaxon and Joshua Krieger. Also surviving is a brother, John, Wickcliff, Ohio. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Jean H. Kinley Funeral Home, Beaverdale, where Panachida will be sung at 7 p.m. Funeral Liturgy will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church, Father James Spontak, celebrant.
