JOHNSTOWN — KINSEY – Terry L., 67, Johnstown, died Jan. 20, 2013, at home. Born May 26, 1945, in Johnstown, son of Lawrence Sr. and Alyce (Dorney). Preceded in death by parents; sisters, Ann Botteicher, Gertrude Gibson, Nametta Vemi and Linda Christner; and brothers, Robert, Lawrence Jr. and Donald. Survived by wife of 45 years, JoAnn (Slisz); son, Gary J., married to the former Kim (Parkinson), Johnstown; sister, Alice Faye Kinsey, Johnstown; and grandchildren, Taylor, Hunter, Libby and Lilly Kinsey, at home. Member of St. Andrew’s Church. He loved traveling and spending time with JoAnn and his family, especially the grandchildren’s events. Former employee of Bethlehem Steel Corp. and the railroad. Also, he retired from Hiram G. Andrews Center as an electrician. Vietnam Army veteran, where he receive a Purple Heart. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Henderson Funeral Home, East Hills, 2503 Bedford St. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Andrew’s Church, Father Angelo Patti, officiating. Committal, Grandview Cemetery, where military rites will be held by Menoher Post 155.
