JOHNSTOWN — CLARK – Ruth (Price), 87, Johnstown and Lenoir City, Tenn., died Nov. 9, 2012, at Sweetwater Hospital, Sweetwater, Tenn. Born Feb. 5, 1925, in Johnstown, daughter of late Edmund and Mamie Price. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Edward Clifford Clark; and daughter, Leslie Eileen Clark. Survived by daughter, Karen (Clark) Prendergast, and husband, Tom, Lenoir City, Tenn.; and brother, Wayne R., married to the former Marion Ruffner, Bethlehem, Pa. Also survived by grandchildren, Lauren Early, Caitlin Prendergast and Hannah Prendergast. Member of First Lutheran Church. Graduate of Presbyterian-University Hospital Nursing Program. Retired nurse from Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital. Active member of Presbyterian University Hospital Nurses’ Alumnae Association (PUHNAA). A U.S. Navy nurse veteran of the Korean War. Service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, at Grandview Mausoleum. Interment, Grandview Mausoleum.
