JOHNSTOWN — NOVAK– Agnes Marie “Honey,” 82, Johnstown, passed away Oct. 12, 2012, at Memorial Medical Center. Born Jan. 1, 1930, in Johns- town, daughter of William Leo and Margaret (Donaghey) Burns. Preceded in death by parents and brother, William “Bill” Burns. Survived by husband of 52 years, Francis John Novak; children, Cynthia Novak and Susan Diane Novak, both of Johnstown; and Kathy Ann, married to Louis Buclous, Aliquippa; siblings, Thomas, married to Rita (Prat), Johnstown; John, married to Mary (Yesenesosky), NE Warren, Ohio; Margaret Poponak, Warren, Ohio; Robert, married to Pauline (Breto), South Fork; James, married to Dixie (Hyatt), Olmsted Falls, Ohio; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church and Legion of Mary. She enjoyed playing bingo. Agnes retired from GeeBee Department Store and was a 1947 graduate of South Fork High School. Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Henderson Funeral Home, East Hills, 2503 Bedford St. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Father David S. Peles officiating.
