Peter Kozak Jr.

SOUTHMONT — KOZAK – Peter Jr., 67, Southmont, died Oct. 29, 2012, at home. Born Dec. 18, 1944, in Johnstown, son of Peter Sr. and Angie (Veronne) Kozak. Preceded in death by grandparents, parents and father-in-law, Lawrence Clark. Survived by wife, Kim (Clark); daughter, Christina, Johnstown; son, Peter III, married to Leah J., Pittsburgh; daughter, Amy Nicole, at home; grandchildren, Cullen James Kozak and Brian V. Clark; mother-in-law, Sonja Clark; and his co-workers and beloved dogs. He was a 1962 graduate of Johnstown High School, employed at WPP Dough Company and was an avid outdoorsman, who loved hunting and fishing. Peter was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend. At his request, there will be no viewing, but a memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, at Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd. Donations may be made to Cambria County Humane Society, American Heart Association or American Cancer Society in his memory.
