HENDERSON, NEV. — ORCHARD – Viva L., 69, a retired federal postal worker, passed away Feb. 3, 2013, in Henderson, Nev. She was born June 29, 1943, in Johnstown, to Grace Crawley and William Collins. She resided in East Meadow, N.Y., and retired in 1998 in Henderson, Nev. Viva was very active in her community. She loved to cook for her neighbors, friends and family. Viva enjoyed dancing to 60s music, loved her pets and was intrigued with court cases and trials. She was proceeded in death by her husband of 32 years, John. She is survived by her brother. Chris (Karen) Smith, and her terrier pal, Papillion. She will be laid to rest privately at Pinelawn Cemetery in New York.
