JOHNSTOWN — BIFANO – Dorothy M., 84, Johnstown, died Friday, Feb. 3, 2012, at Rea-Ann Center, Cleveland, Ohio. Born Oct. 13, 1927, in Johnstown, daughter of the late Joseph and Mabel (Jenkins) Beltz. Preceded in death by brothers, John, Floyd and Charles Beltz, and a granddaughter, Jodi Lightcap. Dorothy was the last surviving member of her family. She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Joseph C. Bifano, Johnstown; children, Linda Villa, and husband, John, Pittsburgh; Cheryl Lightcap, Nanty Glo; Dixie Lhota, Cleveland, Ohio; Jodi McAlister, Johnstown; and Joseph Bifano Jr., Johnstown; sisters-in-law, Jackie and Donna Beltz, Johnstown; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Dorothy loved being with her family, especially her grandchildren and friends. She enjoyed flower gardening and going to garage sales. She will always be remembered as a caring and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She will be sadly missed by all who loved her. There will be no viewing. A memorial service will be held at Albright United Methodist Church, 608 Cooper Ave., Johnstown, at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Pastor Ruth Moore, officiating.
