NORTHERN CAMBRIA — VRANA – Rosalie “Tootie,” 87, Northern Cambria, passed away Oct. 3, 2012, at home. Born Nov. 10, 1924, in Moshannon, Pa, daughter of Henry and Virgie (Sones) Fye. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Charles M. Vrana, who died in 1998; brother, Mitchell A. Fye; and son-in-law, John Heverly. Survived by children, Charles A., married to Judy Young, Northern Cambria; William, married to Celeste Carroll, Northern Cambria; Paula, wife of William Barnett, Loysburg; and Daniel, husband of Anne Ondrasik, Natrona Heights; 16 grandchildren; and 32 great-grandchildren. Sister of Betty Fye and Nellie (Dave) Rematt, both of Northern Cambria. Member of Spangler United Methodist Church and Northern Cambria Senior Citizens Center. Life member of ladies auxiliary of Spangler American Legion. Friends will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Friday at Moriconi Funeral Home Inc., Northern Cambria, Pastor Paul Demi, officiating. Interment, North Barnesboro Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in “Tootie’s” memory to Spangler United Methodist Church.
