Rita K. Yaworski

GAS CENTER — YAWORSKI – Rita K., 74, Gas Center, passed away Oct. 8, 2012, at home surrounded by her loving family. Born July 11, 1938, in Johnstown, daughter of late Harold and Pearl (Noonan) Davis. Also preceded in death by sister, Patricia “Patsy” Weaver; and mother-in-law, Mary Cherry. Survived by loving husband of 56 years, Joseph. Devoted mother of Joe F. Yaworski, and wife, Cheryl, Dilltown; Terie Consalvo, and fiance, Andy Forish, Gas Center; Rick Yaworski, and wife, Kathy, Westmont; and Jeff Yaworski, Monroeville. Devoted grandmother of Dana Wilhelm, and husband, David, Armagh; Greg Yaworski, Dilltown; Amanda Yaworski, and friend, Brock, Boswell; and Matt Consalvo, and family, Portage. Rita was an avid bingo player who enjoyed going to casinos. Member of Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, Seward. Former cook at Pleasant Valley Golf Course for 16 years for the Dixon family. Past member of Armagh Fire Company ladies auxiliary. She was dedicated to her family. Friends received from 1 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Holy Family Catholic Church, Seward, the Rev. Robert Washko, officiating. Interment, Armagh Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Medi Home Hospice, 709 Franklin St., Suite 101, Johnstown, Pa. 15905. Online condolences may be left at www.thestuartfuneralhomes.com.
