Preceded in death by husband, John R. Patrick; sister, Dorothy Yocca; and sisters-in-law, Mary and Ann. Survived by brother, Calvin (Rita) Beltz, Johnstown; and nieces and nephews, Stephanie Beltz-Majchrzak, married to USMC Ret. Col. James Majchrzak; Brian Beltz, Long Beach, Calif.; Jeffrey Yocca, Tennessee; Beth Beatty, Westerfield. Ohio; and Becky Alexandria, Ohio. Elizabeth was a U.S. Army veteran and a teacher for Richland School District, Forest Hills School District and Claysburg School District. At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing.
