JOHNSTOWN — SPECHT – Debra, 61, Upper Yoder, died Jan. 31, 2013. Born Jan. 18, 1952, in Johnstown, daughter of Domenick and Anna (Figula) Rizzo. Preceded in death by parents; infant brother, Domenick; brother, David; stepbrother, Kenny Simpson; and mother-in-law, Stephanie Specht. Survived by loving husband of 40 years, Michael; son, Gregory, Philadelphia; daughters, Stephanie, married to Stephen Stewart, Philadelphia; and Susan Specht, Johnstown; and grandchildren, Rose and Violet Stewart. Also survived by father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ralph and Rita Specht; nieces, nephews and friends; and brothers-in-law, Robert, married to Shani; and John Specht, married to Shani; also sisters-in-law, Sharon, married to James Denny; and Marilyn, married to Kwadjo-Adusei-Pokee. A 1969 graduate of Johnstown High School. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Member of St. Francis Catholic Church, where funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 4, Franciscan Friars. Friends received from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd. Interment, St. Francis Cemetery.
