JOHNSTOWN — BUETTNER – Robert J., 81, Johnstown and Nokomis, Fla., died Feb. 22, 2013, in Johnstown. Born March 20, 1931, in Johnstown, son of Charles and Mary (Wass) Buettner. Preceded in death by his parents; wife, Barbara, who died in 2010; son, Robert C.; and brother, Donald. Survived by these children: daughter, Kathleen, married to Samuel Zamias; son, David; daughter, Kimberly, married to Craig Snopko; son, Eric, married to Danielle (Lambert); and daughter, Melissa, married to Ron Blandford Jr.; grandchildren, Christopher, Erik, Samantha and Michael Zamias; Michael and Kelly Buettner; Nicole (Snopko), married to Jason Kline; Craig, Adam and Alex Snopko; Andrew, Allison and Elizabeth Buettner; and Trey and Madelyn Blandford; and great-grandchildren, Hunter Kline and Madeleine Buettner. Robert was the former owner and president of the Buettner Insurance Agency Inc. He was an avid golfer and former member of Sunnehanna Country Club. Former president and member of North Fork Country Club, member of BPOE 175, longtime member of Johnstown Rotary Club and National Association of Amputees. He was a loving husband father and grandfather. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 25, 2013, at Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church, the Very Rev.
