SOMERSET — KURTZ – Charles David, 49, Somerset, formerly of Boswell, died Feb. 27, 2013, at his home. Born July 21, 1963, in Meyersdale, son of the late Charles E. and Jennie A. (Schkora) Kurtz. Survived by brothers, Gary, married to Susan Maust, Somerset; and Larry and Rick, both of Boswell; several nieces and nephews; and good friends, Dalton Hoover Jr. and Joseph Lepley. A 1984 graduate of North Star High School. Member of Geiger Church of the Brethren. David loved to collect Steelers memorabilia. Viewing will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 409 Main St., Boswell. At the request of the family, there will be no service.
