NEW FLORENCE — ORNDOFF – Marjorie L., 90, New Florence, passed away Sunday, March 3, 2013, at Indiana Regional Medical Center. Born April 14, 1922, in Altoona, daughter of the late Homer P. and Gertrude M. (Galbreath) Strunk. Also preceded in death by first husband, John McDermott, who died in 1963; second husband, W. Clarence Orndoff, who died in 1996; and sister, Betty Duperock. Survived by son, Dennis Michael McDermott, and wife, Gloria, Haltom City, Texas; grandchildren, Shawn; Patrick, and wife, Jennifer; and Adriene; and great-grandson, Chance, all of Texas; stepdaughter, Bess L. Houck, Accukeek, Md.; sister, Doris Harvey, Miramar, Fla.; and brother, Donald Strunk, Altoona. Marjorie is a 7th degree member of Pennsylvania State Grange, a member of Indiana County Pomona Grange 58 and Blairsville Grange 2012. Member of Bethel United Presbyterian Church, Clyde. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Pastor Jim Sunseri, officiating. Interment, Bethel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Bethel United Presbyterian Church, 1354 Bethel Cemetery Road, New Florence, Pa. 15944.
