LEHIGH ACRES, FLA. — CHERO – Isabelle M. (Busch), 89, Lehigh Acres, Fla., passed away Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012. Born the daughter of the late Herman Busch and Elsie (Moyer) in May 1923. Isabelle was one of five siblings to proudly serve in the U.S. Armed Forces during World War II. Preceded in death by mother and father, Elsie and Herman; husbands, Dominic Chero and Paul Payne; and brothers and sisters, Edna, Sarah, Francis, Fred, Blanche, Sherman, Gene, Maxwell “Boots” and Eileen. Survived by sisters, Emma and Theresa; and children, Gary (wife, Pat), Tammie, Neita and James; four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews. Memorial service was held at 1 p.m. Oct. 11 at Hodges Funeral Home at Lee Memorial Park, Florida. Interment will be private at Lee Memorial Park Cemetery. For information, please call (239)334-4880.
