GIPSY — NEFF – Jenna Paige, 16, Gipsy, passed away Oct. 23, 2012. Born July 7, 1996, in Indiana, Pa., the daughter of Tracy Neff and Christine Small.  Preceded in death by maternal great-grandparents, Charles and Lois Jean Small “Pappy and Grammy Peanut,” and Paul and LaRue Pennington; and paternal great-grandparents, Charles and Emma Neff, and Blaine and Grace DeHaven.  Survived by mother and stepfather, Christine and Jason Laney, Gipsy; father and stepmother, Tracy and Pam Neff, Ebensburg; maternal grandparents, Dorothy and Don Small, Glen Campbell; paternal grandparents, Edwin and Kay Lynn Neff, Westover; stepbrother, Marcus Laney, Gipsy; stepsister, Sydney Farabaugh, Ebensburg; uncles, Dana, Jody and Randy Neff, Barry and Chad Small, and fiancee, Chrissy Fillipovich, and aunt, Stacy Williams.  Also her two special girls, Whitney and Amber, and all of her other BFFs.  Jenna was a junior at Purchase Line High School, where she was a member of Foreign Language Club, Pep Club, student council, junior class secretary, FBLA secretary, yearbook secretary, member of the school newspaper, SADD and Varsity Club. She was the 2011 Junior High Invitational Queen of PLHS.  She participated in basketball, volleyball and track and field and performed with JD Dance Factory. Friends will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Moriconi Funeral Home Inc.,1303 Bigler Ave., Northern Cambria, where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Pastor Jim Smith officiating.
