JOHNSTOWN — URBAN – Elizabeth V., 91, Johnstown, died March 18, 2013, at home surrounded by her loving family and friends. Born July 2, 1921, in Johnstown, daughter of John C. and Mary C. (Fukon) Kresak. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Anthony J. Urban; sisters, Mary Ann, Josephine and Helen Kresak; and brothers, John M. and George J. Kresak. Elizabeth was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Survived by children, Anthony, married to the former Laura Gomulka, Cohoes, N.Y.; Gerard Urban, Johnstown; and Mary Beth Urban, Johnstown; grandchildren, Joshua, Joey, Alex and Kaylee; great-granddaughter, Taylor; and her loyal companions, Toby and Buddy. Former member of SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, where she was a member of the Rosary Society and Christian Mothers Association. Member of St. John Gualbert Cathedral. Elizabeth retired from Pennsylvania Department of Welfare and was treasure of Tri-Ward Democratic Society for more than 25 years. Friends received from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home Inc., 710 Broad St., where vigil for the deceased will be held. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at St. John Gualbert Cathedral, the Very Rev. James Crookston.
