JOHNSTOWN — CAMPBELL – Stanley, 54, Johnstown, formerly of Chicago, went to be with our Lord March 14, 2013. Born Nov. 14, 1958, son of William and Seretha Campbell. Preceded in death by parents; wife, Delores (Bennem) Campbell; and daughter, Laretha Michelle Jackson. Survived by children, Angela Simmons, Johnstown; and Cynthia, and husband, Andrew Colon; and Stanley Bennem, all of Lancaster; 13 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. Also survived by brother, Michael Campbell; sister, Jackie Campbell; nieces, Candice and Chavara Campbell; nephew, Antonio Campbell; and aunts, Lucille McCrimmon and Julia Mathis, all of Chicago, Ill.; special cousin, Curtis Carriel, Fayetteville, N.C.; and many other cousins and friends in Chicago and Pennsylvania. Stanley was a U.S. Army veteran and worked as a counselor with the AA group here in Johnstown. During the years, he worked as a long haul truck driver and completed courses in business administration and accounting, counseling and as an EMT. Stanley was a faithful member of Shiloh Baptist Church. Family and friends will be received from 11 a.m. until time of homegoing service at noon Friday at Moskal-Reid Funeral Home, West End, the Rev. Theodore Tisinger, officiating, with special remarks from Bishop David March. Committal, Veterans Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
