PHILADELPHIA — CONNELLY – Patricia Ann, 50, passed away Feb. 8, 2013, in Philadelphia. Born Dec. 11, 1962, daughter of Jerry and Phyllis (Wirick) Connelly. Preceded in death by parents, grandparents and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Survived by brothers and sisters, Jerry Connelly, Ohio; Sharon, wife of Don Squillario; and Carla, wife of Ron Portash, both of Portage; Mary Kay, wife of Theron Johnson, Abington; Joel Connelly, married to the former Renee Macidyn, Altoona; and Marlin Connelly, Portage. Also survived by nieces and nephews, Jeremy and Morgan Portash, Deric and Candace Johnson, Bridget and Julia Connelly and Marlin Connelly Jr.; great-nephew, Asher; great-niece Layla; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends, Jonnell, Steve and Sophia. At Patty’s request, there will be no viewing or visitation, but friends and family are invited to attend the funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, at St. Joseph’s Church, Father Walter Moll, celebrant. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of donors choice in memory of Patty. The Serenko-Claar Funeral Home, PC, Portage, is serving the Connelly family.
