Survived by wife, Janet M. (Blair) Webb; children, Jeanie Thomas, Windber; Wayne Webb, Greencastle; Dan Webb, Bedford; and Doug Webb, Allensville, W.Va.; stepdaughter, Lisa Wright, and husband, Scott, Osterburg; stepson, Thomas Waltos, and fiancee, Rose, Windber; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and three stepgrandchildren. Also survived by brothers, Delano Webb, Windber; Elwood Webb, New Paris; and Dean Webb, Windber; and sisters, Melva Yarnell, Alum Bank; Evelyn Garman, Orlando, Fla.; and Nancy Tomlinson, Windber. Retired from Bethlehem Steel Corp., locomotive repair department. Service will be private at the request of the family.
