JOHNSTOWN — SWANK – Christopher James, infant son of Brian C. and Crystal (Donelson) Swank, born Dec. 5, 2012, in Johnstown, died Dec. 6, 2012, at Memorial Medical Center. Along with his parents, of Johnstown, he is survived by his sister, Emelyn Jo; his big furry brother, Hank; paternal grandparents, Carl and Mary Elizabeth Swank, Johnstown; maternal grandparents, James and Carol Donelson, Vintondale; maternal great-grandmother, Betty Rummel, Vintondale; uncles, Robert “B.J.” Swank, and girlfriend, Bobbi LaCount, Pittsburgh, and Mike and Sharon Donelson, Vintondale; and cousins, Adam and Jared Donelson, Vintondale. There will be no public visitation or service. John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., is in charge of arrangements.
