JOHNSTOWN — GRAFFIUS – Marjorie M., 85, Johnstown, passed away peacefully with her children by her side Dec. 8, 2012, at LaurelWood Care Center. Born Nov. 15, 1927, in Johnstown, daughter of Clarence R. and Almira (Mishler) Fornwalt. Preceded in death by parents and husband, Robert Graffius Jr. Survived by children, Pamela, married to Gregory Malec, Johnstown, and Robert R. III, married to Regina M. (Orose), Charleston, W.Va.; grandchildren, Christopher, Joshua, Kelly, Heather, Mark, Samantha and Parker; and great-grandson, Elijah. She was a member of Roxbury St. Paul’s United Methodist Church for 70 years. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved boating at Raystown with Bob and the families. Her joys were bowling, her flowers and taking care of her home. She was a faithful and loving Christian woman. She worked at Bell Telephone until 1955, when she left to start a family. She was a graduate of Westmont High School. Friends will be received from 9 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. Tuesday at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., the Rev. Wayne Sedei officiating. Interment, Grandview Cemetery. A special thank you to all the wonderful nursing staff at LaurelWood and Grane Hospice. You are truly angels from a higher plane.
