JOHNSTOWN — COSTIC – Patricia Ann, 46, Johnstown, died Nov. 16, 2012, at Memorial Medical Center. Born Nov. 4, 1966, in Johnstown, daughter of Robert J. and Eleanor M. (Prokopovich) Costic. Preceded in death by parents and aunt, Dorothy Kohan. Survived by aunts, Mary “Gert” Sheeler and Barbara Erzen; and uncles, Stephen Costic, married to the former Nancie Emery; and James Costic, married to the former Marilyn Safko; also many loving cousins and close friends. Also survived by her beloved cats. Member of St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church, Cambria City, and Windber Moose Lodge. A Ferndale Area High School graduate, as well as a UPJ graduate. Retired supervisor from Cambria County Mental Health/Mental Retardation/Crisis Unit. Friends received from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave. Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Mary’s Byzantine Church, Monsignor Raymond Balta. Committal, Grandview Cemetery.
