GALLITZIN — ZAJAC – Agnes A., 94, Gallitzin, died Dec. 4, 2012, at Altoona Hospital. Born Jan. 21, 1918, in Gallitzin, daughter of the late Michael and Susan (Sajnoski) Pigza. Preceded in death by her husband, Ted, on Feb. 18, 2001; sisters, Mary Zeanchock, Veronica Jerosky and Margaret Marnecheck; and brothers, Michael, George, John, Andrew and Joseph. Survived by sons, Ralph, married to Elaine Gavlak, Portage, and Ted, married to Stephanie Dawson, Dallas, Texas; grandchildren, Ralph Jr., Worcester, Mass.; Michael, Chevy Chase, Md.; Anne, married to Matthew Stich, Bellwood; and Courtney and Trevor, both of Dallas; brother, Paul Pigza, married to Shirley Wilk, Cleveland, Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews. Former member of St. Mary’s Altar & Rosary Society. Member of St. Demetrius Catholic Church, Gallitzin, where funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Monday, the Rev. Albert Ledoux, celebrant. Committal, St. Mary Cemetery. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Gibbons Funeral Home, 301 Church St., Gallitzin, where a vigil service will be held Sunday afternoon.
