Richard T. "Rick" Rosko

ROSKO – Richard T. “Rick,” 62, Johnstown, died July 5, 2009, at Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born April 2, 1947, in Johnstown, son of Thomas E. and Mary C. (Kovac) Rosko. Preceded in death by parents and sister, Mary Catherine Rosko. Survived by beloved wife, Diana L. Stosick, Johnstown; daughter, Richelle, wife of Preston Calfee, Boonsboro, Md.; and grandchild, Austin Calfee. A sister of Kathleen, wife of William C. Kohut; and Mary Kay, wife of Thomas E. Maher, both of Johnstown. Also survived by extended family: Daniel and Josephine Telenko and Robin and Richard Roman, both of Maryland; Linda and Frank Russian and Joseph and Park Stosick, both of Central City; and Bonnie Stosick, Bedford; also uncle, Maynard Meyers, Central City; a number of nieces and nephews; and special friend and buddy, Richard Burkett, Warren County. Retired employee of Bethlehem Steel Co., Wire Mill and Gautier Steel Corp. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. A member of Windber American Legion 137 and TIDIOUTE Servicemen’s Club, Warren. Life member of NRA and Slovak Education Club. An avid hunter and fisherman. Friends received from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home Inc., Broad Street, where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday. Committal, St. Francis Cemetery. Military graveside service by Menoher Post 155.
