Beverly J. (Blucas) Yoder

YODER – Beverly J. (Blucas), 54, Laurel View Drive, Jennerstown, died Nov. 8, 2009, at Memorial Medical Center. Born Jan. 15, 1955, in Somerset, daughter of John M. and Helen (Mish) Blucas. Preceded in death by father. Survived by mother, Ralphton; husband of 22 years, Mark; sisters, Pam, married to Ralph Esposita, Ralphton; Kathy, married to Greg Miller, Hooversville; Fran, married to Steve Furman, Acosta; Carol Vish and John Wozniak, both of Jenner Township; and Janet, married to Joe Hegadus, Ralphton; and brothers-in-law, Mike Yoder; and Joe Yoder, married to Sue Hegadus; and sister-in-law, Darcy Yoder, all of Jenner Township. Also survived by 11 special nieces and nephews, numerous other relatives and favorite pet dog, Josie. Bev was an extremely loving and caring person and will sadly by missed by all. Formerly employed by Dorfman & Hoffman Garment Factory and DeVilbiss Healthcare, and most recently, Boswell Prescription Center. Member of “Unite Here,” formerly the ILGWU. Viewing will be held from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Hoffman Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 409 Main St., Boswell, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday.
