BAILEY – Melvin H., 53, Edmond, Okla., passed away March 12, 2010, in Edmond. Born March 19, 1956, to Earl and Margaret Bailey. Melvin recently moved to Oklahoma with his family from Pennsylvania. Memorial service will be held in Pennsylvania at a later date. Services are under the direction of Matthews Funeral Home, Edmond, Okla.
