*Classified as inaccessible for elderly and handicapped persons by the Cambria County Board of Elections. If you are elderly or handicapped and are registered to vote in an inaccessible precinct, download the PA Emergency Alternative Ballot Form by clicking here. The form must be submitted to your County Board of Elections by 8 p.m. on Election Day.
