Police have been looking for a man they say crashed a New Year’s party then shot and wounded four people when he was kicked out of the western Pennsylvania gathering.
Allegheny County police have charged 20-year-old Julian Sims with four counts of aggravated assault and other crimes for the shooting early Tuesday in McKeesport.
Police say Sims was one of four men who crashed the party about 3 a.m. and then got angry when they were asked to leave.
Police say Sims shot three people in their legs or feet and another person in the abdomen. All are expected to survive, though the victim shot in the abdomen was listed in critical but stable condition.
Police say Sims frequents other Pittsburgh suburbs of Wilkinsburg, Braddock and Duquesne and should be considered armed and extremely dangerous.
