JURY SELECTION CONTINUES IN TRIAL OF PHILADELPHIA ABORTION DOCTOR CHARGED WITH KILLING WOMAN DURING BOTCHED PROCEDURE
Seventy-two-year-old Dr. Kermit Gosnell is also charged with killing seven babies born alive. Three jurors were picked Monday and more will be chosen today. Jury selection is expected to take a week, given the sensitivity of the abortion issue and the death penalty.
DA SAYS CHARGES LIKELY IN ALLEGED BULLYING DEATH OF 12-YEAR-OLD BOY
The parents of 12-year-old Bailey O’Neill say he wouldn’t fight back when confronted by another boy in the Delaware County School District. Police have said the altercation was captured on video surveillance and District Attorney Jack Whelan says he’s waiting for autopsy results, but expects to file charges against the other boy.

Police say the four students weren’t harmed when three men forced their way into the home near the school’s north Philadelphia campus, stealing computers, cellphones, credit cards and cash on Monday night.

Twenty-eight-year-old William Gay was released by Arizona to make room under the salary cap one season into his two-year deal with that team. Gay has signed a three-year deal with the Steelers, where he thrived as a nickel back in 2011 before leaving as a free agent.
