JOHNSTOWN —
Rebecca Lynn Konchan and Mark Alan McConnell were married March 30, 2012, at Pioneer Park, Steilacoom, Wash.
The Rev. Don Keller performed the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Charles and Carol Konchan of Johnstown.
The groom is the son of Bill and Debbie McConnell of Brawley, Calif.
A reception luncheon was held at C.I. Shenanigans, Tacoma, Wash.
The bride is a 2001 grad-uate of Richland Senior High School and a 2006 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.
In 2010, she earned a Medical Doctorate from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, Bethesda, Md.
She is serving as a captain in the U.S. Army and is completing a Pediatric residency at Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma.
The groom is a 2001 graduate of Brawley Union High School and a 2005 graduate of California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo.
In 2010, he earned a Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of North Texas Health Science Center.
He is serving as a captain in the U.S. Army and is completing a residency in Internal Medicine at Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma.
The newlyweds reside in Dupont, Wash.
