Krista Jo Sloan and Jeffery Dale Bell were married Dec. 22, 2011, on the beach at Sandals Grande St. Lucian Resort in the Caribbean Island of St. Lucia.
Marriage Officer Kay Jackson performed the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Christine Sloan of Johnstown and Joseph Sloan of Houston, Texas.
The groom is the son of Linda Bell of Amarillo, Texas, and the late Melvin Bell.
The bride and groom honeymooned at Sandals Grande St. Lucian Beach Resort.
The bride is a graduate of Pitt-Johnstown, where she received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, with a master’s degree in social work.
She is employed by the Department of Labor and Industry as a vocational evaluator.
The groom is a graduate of the University of Texas,
where he received a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
He is employed by Lockheed Martin as a finance and business management manager.
The newlyweds reside in Westmont.
