JOHNSTOWN —
Kelly McAneny and Michael McGowan were married Sept. 29, 2012, at J. Irving Whalley Memorial Chapel on the campus of Pitt-Johnstown.
Pastor Kevin Rea performed the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stephen McAneny of Johnstown.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael McGowan of Johnstown and Ms. Barbara McGowan of Clearwater, Fla.
Presented in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by her sister, Beth Fickes, as maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Jennifer Hale, Julie Korenoski, Wendy Weller, sister of the groom, and Jen Poborski, sister of the groom.
Brett McGowan, son of the groom, was the best man.
Groomsmen were Corey Authier, son of the groom; Steve McAneny, brother of the bride; Aaron Korenoski; Mike Torok; Jeff Reed; and Brian Mikula.
Leah Weller, niece of the groom, was the flower girl.
Nathan Fickes, nephew of the bride, was the ringbearer.
A reception was held at Sunnehanna Country Club, Westmont.
The bride and groom honeymooned in Jamaica.
The bride is employed by McAneny Bros. Inc.
The groom is employed by Synergistiks Inc.
The newlyweds reside in Johnstown.
