JOHNSTOWN —
A Westwood area man is now charged in a second armed robbery, accused of holding up a Davidsville bank Sept. 10.
Dion Blair Wilt, 39, was charged with 18 counts - most of them felonies - for allegedly threatening three bank employees and a customer before running off with more than $14,000 in bank cash that day.
Conemaugh Township police said he wore a mask and pointed a black handgun at employees.
Wilt, a self-employed car window tinter, was charged last week with robbing Westwood's AmeriServ Financial in an almost identical manner.
He will face trial on those charges, District Judge John Barron ruled Thursday.
Defense attorney Kevin Rozich, maintains Wilt is not guilty of the crimes.
Wilt will likely be arraigned in the coming days on his Somerset County charges. He remains in Cambria County jail on $350,000 bond.
