Rafael Robb, who pleaded guilty to beating his wife to death as she wrapped Christmas presents, is set to be paroled.

NEW LEADERSHIP ON TAP FOR PENN STATE TRUSTEES

The change comes as Penn State's Board of Trustees is at a critical juncture, dealing with lingering fallout from the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal.
