PHILADELPHIA ART FESTIVAL NO LONGER ON THE FRINGES WITH NEW HOME PLANNED
The 17-year-old festival, now called FringeArts, plans to move into a renovated 110-year-old brick building in September. The former water department pumping station will house a 240-seat theater, a 125-seat bar and restaurant, multipurpose studio space, administrative offices and a large outdoor plaza.
