PHILLY CLASS ACTION SUIT, OTHERS ACROSS US ACCUSING ANHEUSER-BUSCH OF WATERING DOWN BEERS

St. Louis-based Anheuser-Busch, which merged with InBev in 2008, claims its beers aren’t violating alcohol labeling laws. But the lawsuits claim the water allegedly added just before bottling cuts the alcohol content of Budweiser, Michelob and eight other beers by as much as 8 percent.

FBI INVESTIGATING FIRST FATAL ATTACK ON FEDERAL PRISON GUARD IN NEARLY FIVE YEARS

Authorities still aren’t identifying the inmate they believe stabbed Correctional Officer Eric Williams late Monday night at the Canaan federal penitentiary in northeastern Pennsylvania. The prison houses 1,350 high-security inmates.

In both incidents last week, police say women gave men their car keys believing they were parking attendants – only to watch the men drive away.

The People For People Charter School is one of four participating in the “Eatiquette” program, which was designed by local chef Marc Vetri to provide nutritious, low-cost lunches in a setting that reinforces social niceties and communication skills.
