SHANKSVILLE — On Monday, dozens gathered before the Wall of Names at the Flight 93 National Memorial in Shanksville as candlelight danced along its smooth marble surface.
40 luminaries were carried from the gates to the wall, in the hands of Flight 93 family members, friends and volunteers from the nonprofit organization Friends of Flight 93 National Memorial. Each represented a victim of the Flight 93 crash. They were carried in single-file and out in the same order, each lantern passing by the others as it went.
Here's video from the ceremony.
